Welcome!

My name is Gwangyeong Yun, and I am an experienced Unreal Engine programmer with over four years of professional game development experience.

Beyond my passion for game development, I am a husband and a father of two wonderful children. My wife, Josefin de la Motte, is also a game developer and we share a deep interest in games, software development and technology. This means we have the benefit of discussing problems, finding solutions and learning from each other every day, which pushes us both further in benefit of our careers.

I have always sought out challenges that push me beyond my current limits. I enrolled in university at 16, served as a lieutenant in the military police in my early 20s, and later took on the challenge of moving from my home country, South Korea, across the world to Sweden to building a new career here from scratch. These experiences have shaped my ability to take responsibility, work as part of a team, and drive projects forward.

Throughout my game development career, I have worked on multiple game projects, collaborating closely with designers, artists, and fellow programmers. I am passionate about crafting immersive gameplay experiences, optimizing game systems, and continuously improving my technical expertise.

I am always eager to take on new challenges in game development, and I thrive in environments where innovation and problem-solving are key. If you’d like to connect, feel free to reach out to me at bskyyun12@gmail.com

Thank you for visiting my portfolio!
